  4. Five Keys to the Business
    Key #1: CONSISTENCY
    a. Use the products, Wear the button, Talk to people.
    - Why use the products? - 2 reasons
      #1. Business reason - Tell the truth, your story.
      #2. Personal reason - Good for you

    -70% -die from cancer, heart disease and stroke
    -50% of those were nutritionally triggered problems
    -70% of all doctor’s visits are nutritionally triggered problems i.e., fatigue, stress, digestive problems to serious problems.

    a. Nutritional deficiencies -Takes 2500-4000
    Calories/day to get a balance of:

    -Oils,
    -Herbs.

    -Why do we have to eat so much?

    KEY # 2: SIMPLIFICATION = DUPLICATION

            -Telephone/800#/ Touchfon
            -3 way calls
            -Audios
            -Journals/Brochures

            -HBN
            -HOMs/Live Meetings
          
      3. The Herbalife Story - 60,000,000+ Clients
            -28+ Years
            -65+ Countries
           -$3 Billion+/year

      4. Easy as 3,2,1/ which program?/ flavor?/ Cash, check or credit card?

      5. Questions
           - I don’t know about that....

      6. Income presentation
           - Same as above + Do you know anyone who can use an extra $500-$1,500/month
           - part-time?

       7. Next step - buy/sign now
           -Set a time to meet -HOM/ 1 on 1/ group call
           - watch DVD presentation
           - internet presentation
           - Who can do that? - ANYONE!



    KEY #3: BE POSITIVE!
         a. 10 = 2 yes = $3,000/mo.  Problem - 8 say no.    Don’t take them personally!
              - No’s are curious not serious.

         b.  Of the 8 No’s,  some negative opinions -why?
              - Protecting their egos
              - Excuses - all are equal
              -They may be a competitor
              - Don’t burn a bridge - give a flyer.
              - Wipe off any negative energy - you know the facts.



    KEY # 4 CUSTOMER CARE:
    You can use the Herbalife system with both customers and distributors.
    1st day: How did they take the products - no “yes” questions. (ex: did you take your tablets?)
    3rd day: Inches/weight? Some blame all their problems on Herbalife - remind of our millions of successes.
    7th day: Inches/weight? Clients are used to the program - becoming a habit.
    15th day: Inches/weight? Ask - Who Noticed? 20-30 clients can double with referrals.
    25th day: Reorders/referrals/ IBP:
    referrals - use incentives - $/credits/products/ customer parties, wellness evaluations, sampling, weight loss challenges.
          


       

    KEY #5: TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE MARKETING PLAN AND SUPPORT SYSTEM
       -The sliding scale.
       -Can start with 35% or 42% profit now.
                  -$425 -35%- cost $275+tax/freight - profit $150
                  -$1,000 -42%(best deal) - cost $580 -profit $420
                  -$4,000 - $42% -cost $2,320 - profit $1,680      
          
        Goal - Supervisor and World Team. -Give the reasons why:
                  - 50%/ Wholesale Profit/ Royalties next month vs. In 75 days/ Bonuses/ Supervisor                   Schools/ Check writing privileges/ Information/promotions/Active World Team

         How to qualify for supervisor:
                  1. Retail it - 10 =2 yes = 6,000 in volume

                         -D. Direct Approaches - live/phone
                         -E. Surveys

                         -K. Radio
                         -L. Internet

            Recruit to supervisor
                  - Show examples. World
                  - Team top position possible in first month.
                  - Plug into the Support System:
                  -  Local/your organization's, Herbalife's                          
                  - Telephone training - conference calls/ Touchfon
                  - Training DVDs and audios
                  - HBN
                  - The Internet
                  - STS and Quickstart trainings
                  - Corporate meetings and promotions - Goal:   Qualify for everything - winning                  becomes a habit!
                 
                 
          Get some inventory to get to supervisor
                 
    - Most do a combination of all 3 ways.
                 - Summary and end: Promote the next events - your organization's/ local/ Herbalife's.
